Nettle Koji Furikake Potato
Ingredients
1 cup Tinly sliced potato
2~3 tbsp Oil for frying
Nettle koji furikake to sprinkle
Instructions
Soak thinly sliced potato in water for 10 minutes
Drain and wipe excess water
Put oil and potato in a pan
Fry over medium heat until slightly brown and crispy outside
Sprinkle some Nettle Koji Furikake to sprinkle
