Power of Amazake

I have been working as a massage therapist for over 15 years, but there was a time when I was troubled by the calluses on my hands that interfered with my massage.

I was still in Japan at the time, and I was attending a school for Japanese fermented foods.

After taking a class on Amazake(koji drink), I started drinking a shot of homemade Amazake every morning.
Two months later, I noticed that the calluses had completely disappeared.


What!?
They're gone!


I hadn't done anything different except for taking Amazake.
I looked up the effects of amazake and found out that it's good for skin regeneration, I was really surprised and impressed.


This was my first experience to feel the effects of koji.


Most commercially available Amazake is pasteurized, but the Amazake I made myself is raw Amazake, concentrated with only koji and water and not pasteurized.
I think I was able to experience the effects more because of this.
