STIR FRIED VERMICELLI

Ingredients

  • 1 cup STIR FRIED VEGGIES

  • 100g Vermicelli noodle (about a bunch/sheet of dried vermicelli noodle)*

  • 1 TBSP Vegetable or sesame oil

  • 1 TBSP~ Soy sauce

  • 1 TBSP~ Garlic Chili Koji (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add vermicelli noodle then turn off heat, soak for 2-3 minutes just until Al dente(one minute less than the direction on the package). Drain and rinse in cold water.*

  2. Heat the pan and vegetable or sesame oil with over medium heat, sauté noodles for about 1 min to evaporate excess water.

  3. Add soy sauce and STIR FRIED VEGGIES, mix well until everything gets hot. (Add your favorite garnish on top if you like)

NOTE
*Preparation time for noodle may vary depending on what brand you use so please read the direction on the package.
*Drain well after rinsing in cold water.
