Cold Noodle with Tomato Yuzu Kimchi Koji

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Yuzu Kimchi Koji

  • 1 cup Cherry tomato(cut in half)

  • 1 TBSP Olive oil

  • 80~100g Somen noodle or vermicelli or angel hair pasta

  • Dill or green onion

Instructions

  1. Marinate cherry tomato and Yuzu Kimchi Koji for at least 30 minutes

  2. Cook noodle and rinse in cold water

  3. Mix noodle and cherry tomato

  4. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil and dill or green onion for topping
