TOFU + GRASS NOODLE soup
Ingredients
2 cups EASY TENDER CHICKEN + SOUP
1/2 block Tofu(cube)
1 block Grass noodle(soak in hot water for 10 min.)*
Pinch of dried seaweed(I use wakame)
1 tsp Sesame oil
Chopped green onion, cilantro, chili oil for topping
Instructions
Heat up soup, add tofu, seaweed, softened grass noodle.
Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until seaweed gets soft.
Add some topping if desired.
NOTE
* You can put dried grass noodle into the soup straight, but it absorb the soup so put half amount of grass noodle.
