TOFU + GRASS NOODLE soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups EASY TENDER CHICKEN + SOUP

  • 1/2 block Tofu(cube)

  • 1 block Grass noodle(soak in hot water for 10 min.)*

  • Pinch of dried seaweed(I use wakame)

  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

  • Chopped green onion, cilantro, chili oil for topping

Instructions

  1. Heat up soup, add tofu, seaweed, softened grass noodle.

  2. Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until seaweed gets soft.

  3. Add some topping if desired.

NOTE
* You can put dried grass noodle into the soup straight, but it absorb the soup so put half amount of grass noodle.
