5 min. SHIO-KOJI VEGAN PESTO
Ingredients
1 cup Nuts (cashew, almond, pine, mix nuts…any nuts works)
2 cup Basil
1/4 cup Nutritional yeast
2 TBSP Shio-Koji
1 -2 cloves Garlic
1/4 cup~ Olive oil
Instructions
Blend everything except olive oil in a food processor.
Slowly add olive oil and blend well.
NOTE
This pesto is mild yet umami packed. Great for pasta, sauce for seafood. Add salt or more shio-koji if you like.
