OVEN BAKED CHICKEN + POTATO
(Shio Koji / Chive Salt Koji / Yuzu Kimchi Koji)
Ingredients
1 Chicken breast *1
1 TBSP Shio-Koji or Chive Salt Koji or Yuzu Kimchi Koji
1 lb Potatoes, Sweet potato or Yam
2 TBSP Shio-Koji
Instructions
Poke the chicken with fork a few places especially on thick part of the chicken breast. Marinate chicken with Shio-Koji or Chive Salt Koji or Yuzu Kimchi Koji for at least 30 minutes up to a couple of weeks.
Cut potatoes and marinate with Shio-Koji or Chive Salt Koji or Yuzu Kimchi Koji leave it for 30 minutes to a few hours( optional: black pepper and herbs )
Preheat oven 400 ℉
Place the chicken and vegetables on a tray.
Bake for 25-35 min. Make sure inside of the chicken is cooked.
