BEAN SPROUTS
(Shio Koji / Chive Salt Koji / Yuzu Kimchi Koji)
Ingredients
1 bag Bean sprout
1 TBSP Shio-Koji or Chive Salt Koji or Yuzu Kimchi Koji
Some Sesame seed (optional)
Some Chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp Sesame oil (if you use shio-koji)
Instructions
Lightly boil bean sprouts about a minute. Drain and cool.
Mix Shio-Koji or Chive Salt Koji or Yuzu Kimchi Koji + sesame oil, sprinkle some sesame seeds and chili flakes if desired.
