5min. SHIO-KOJI CARROT
Ingredients
1 cup Carrot ( cut it long and thin)
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Shio-koji or 1/2 tsp salt
1 TBSP Nutritional yeast or Bonito flake
1 TBSP Sesame seed ( *Roasted sesame seeds get better nutty flavor ) *see note below
Instructions
Heat sesame oil and sauté carrots with over medium heat for 2~3min.
Add shio-koji, nutritional yeast or bonito flake and sesame seeds.
