SHIO-KOJI TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tomato or cherry tomato (cut)

  • 3 TBSP Shio-Koji

  • 1 cup Onion(chopped)

  • 1-2 cloves Garlic (sliced or minced)

  • 3 TBSP Olive oil

  • 1 Chili or 1 tsp Yuzu Kimchi Koji (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a container

  2. Marinate at least a few hours to a few days in a fridge

  3. Transfer into a pot

  4. Cook on medium heat for 20-30 minutes

  5. Use as a pasta sauce or on grilled meat or fish
