SHIO-KOJI TOMATO SAUCE
Ingredients
2 cups Tomato or cherry tomato (cut)
3 TBSP Shio-Koji
1 cup Onion(chopped)
1-2 cloves Garlic (sliced or minced)
3 TBSP Olive oil
1 Chili or 1 tsp Yuzu Kimchi Koji (optional)
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a container
Marinate at least a few hours to a few days in a fridge
Transfer into a pot
Cook on medium heat for 20-30 minutes
Use as a pasta sauce or on grilled meat or fish
