Yuzu Kimchi Koji marinated Chicken
Ingredients
1 lb Chicken thigh or breast
3 TBSP Yuzu Kimchi Koji
Instructions
Marinate chicken with Yuzu Kimchi Koji for at least 30 minutes up to a few days in a fridge
Pan fry chicken on medium heat for 5 minutes, flip over, put a lid on and cook 5~7 more minutes until it’s cooked
