3 steps. PONZU QUINUA SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Onion (diced)*

  • 1 Mini cucumber or 1/4 long cucumber (diced)*

  • 1 Carrot (diced)*

  • 1 cup Cooked quinoa (cooled)

  • 2 TBSP~ Ponzu sauce

  • 1 TBSP~ Sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Chop all the vegetables.

  2. Add quinoa, vegetables, ponzu sauce and sesame oil.

  3. Mix well!

NOTE
* You can use any vegetables you want to add into salad (chop about total 1 cup of vegetables).
