3 steps. PONZU QUINUA SALAD
Ingredients
1/2 Onion (diced)*
1 Mini cucumber or 1/4 long cucumber (diced)*
1 Carrot (diced)*
1 cup Cooked quinoa (cooled)
2 TBSP~ Ponzu sauce
1 TBSP~ Sesame oil
Instructions
Chop all the vegetables.
Add quinoa, vegetables, ponzu sauce and sesame oil.
Mix well!
NOTE
* You can use any vegetables you want to add into salad (chop about total 1 cup of vegetables).
